GEP is a returning sponsor of ProcureCon Connect, as this is an important event for us to create business opportunities. At the start of the year, when creating our events calendar, attending ProcureCon is a given.
The one-to-one meetings have been very successful, and it is also a great venue here at Twickenham Stadium. The participation has been very energetic this year, everyone is extremely happy to be back in person at live events.
The networking opportunities have been great; not only to meet the delegates but also other partners and getting to know them on a 1-1 basis has been a good experience. We have really enjoyed the multiple breakout sessions, dinner and drinks.
The quality of delegates on site have been fantastic. We have had great conversations, and the perfect level of interaction. Being able to schedule 1-1 meetings and prepare for these beforehand has made the whole process very smooth. We were provided with the priorities and interests of delegates we are meeting, which made it very easy to start conversation and highlight their needs during our meeting.
We had 9 scheduled 1-1’s over the course of 2 days, and at least 30% will lead to follow ups straight after the event. The profiling beforehand definitely helped us have quality conversations.
