Positive Purchasing Why We Sponsor

Why we Sponsor ProcureCon:

Positive Purchasing is a specialist training and consultancy business focused on transforming procurement capability worldwide. It helps organizations realize dramatic results through the development of people and process, by establishing common ways of working using best practice approaches and by bringing our vast experience in purchasing and procurement.

Our team of over 65 people worldwide has trained more than 8,000 people over more than a decade and has transformed the procurement capability of more than 140 organizations in 31 countries globally.

Positive Purchasing has sponsored ProcureCon Europe for a number of years and has always generated good results from its participation

both in terms of brand awareness amongst the senior procurement community across the region and the number of convertible leads generated. As one of the leading events in this sector, and with this specific focus, the premium rate nature of the event means it must be worthwhile for delegates to attend and share current best practice and experiences with their peers.

350 Attendees

50 CPOs

12 Networking
Hours

We generally target CPOs, CFOs or key decision makers in Procurement and negotiation.

The location of our booth drove some good traffic and we ended up having some great conversations. We also networked extensively and built up a good list of leads. Siting delegate refreshments in the main exhibitors area provided multiple opportunities for networking with existing and new contacts.

This year we are looking forward to engaging with new and existing contacts, establishing an increased brand presence and awareness of the breadth of our offering.

For each event in which we participate, we agree in advance a clear set of metrics against which to measure our success. Depending upon our specific objectives, this can include increased brand visibility, the number of qualified leads generated, or the number of leads converted into business.

Our specialist training, eLearning tools and consultancy services can be applied universally. By way of example, we have already helped organizations in the following sectors enhance their procurement capability:

Accountancy & Consulting, Apparel, Construction, Built Environment and Facilities Management, Defence, Energy, Engineering, FMCG, Financial Services, Insurance and Banking, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Industrial Manufacturing, Luxury Goods, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Process Industries, Public Sector (including Local Government), Recruitment, Retail, Technology, Telecommunications and Transport.
